Tuesday Tips & Tricks #4 - Eye Shadow & Liner

Make your eye shadow color pop by applying white liner or a white shadow stick as a base. The white will naturalize out the skin color of your eye lid allowing the true color of the shadow to pop.  To avoid creasing of the eyeliner or shadow stick, make sure your apply a eye primer before!

Ever apply liquid liner and have the look be a little harsher than originally desired... This doesn't mean yoU need to avoid liquid liner because it is the easiest way to obtain a sleek look or a nice cat eye.  Soften the look by adding a bit of metallic brown eye shadow. The sheen that is in the eye shadow well bring light to the liner and and the brown when lighten up the liner, causing the look to not be be as harsh
