Ok! So as some of you may know, I’m a loyal fan of my Beauty Secrets top
coat. It’s what I've used for years and
have sworn by it. It previous posts I’ve
explained my belief about how you can use less expensive nail polishes if you
have better quality top and bottom coats.
I still believe this and now I would have to say I have a new favorite
top coat!
Now let me explain….
I still love my other top coats and think it definitely is a
good top coat and would still recommend it to anyone. However, I’m not a very patient person and
have a hard time waiting around until my nails are dry enough. Usually end up messing up at least one nail
because I try to do something too soon.
Yes. Yes, I know, this is my fault and if I would just wait until they
are completely dry, I would avoid this.
I usually change polish about twice a week, sometimes I only do it once
a week. Whatever the break down is,
waiting a full hour to ensure my polish is completely dry just doesn’t always
work. Especially for those last minute
decisions “oh, I should paint my nails before dinner”, which is usually decided
with not enough time to do a full polish change… Man, I’m really hoping I’m not
the only one out there with this issue!!
So! While at Sally’s looking at products. I ran in looking for Orly ’s Nail Strengthener and it never fails, I can’t walk in
looking for one thing and walk out with only that one thing!! As I browsed
around I came across the Out The Door top coat.
I’ve heard great things about this top coat. I’ve even recently watched YouTube videos
from Beauty Gurus giving it rave reviews.
So, I figured for around $4, what did I really have to loose?
Wow… I definitely got long winded … promise to wrap this
up!!
Long story short … this is probably the fastest drying top
coat I have ever tried!! From removal of polish until my new polish was dry was
less than a hour. And when I say dry, I
mean I was able to put my hair up with a pony and wash dishes without the
polish chipping, smudging or rubbing off.
It was awesome!!
